District Updates Masking Policy Optional

In conjunction with the Shelby County Health Department’s new health directive, effective Monday, May 17, masks will become optional — for both students and employees — across Collierville Schools. This decision comes from the most recent announcements from both Governor Bill Lee and the Shelby County Health Department, changing the mask mandate from a requirement to a recommendation. Lead Advisory Notice

Collierville Schools conducted testing of lead levels in drinking water in accordance with the requirements set forth in T.C.A 49-2-133 and Collierville Schools Board Policy 3.212. The sample results revealed lead levels are above the regulatory limit (15 ppb) at two sources, Collierville Elementary School, Tara Oaks Elementary School, and West Collierville Middle School. Collierville Schools Completes Independent Audit, Receives Approved/Unmodified Opinion

In December 2020, Dixon Hughes Goodman (DHG) announced Collierville Schools received an "unmodified" opinion for its accounting practices and reconciliation of their annual financial statements. The independent auditing firm, DHG completed the district's independent audit of their annual financial statements for the school year 2019-2020.

TCAP Testing Schedule Now Solidified for Collierville Schools

Collierville Schools is preparing to administer the TCAP Testing for the 2020-2021 school year. In preparation for testing, we want to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the testing windows.

Given the need to accommodate all students, both in-person and Collierville Virtual Academy (CVA), testing will look a little different than historically.

Make meaningful connections at our annual Educator Career Fair on Tuesday, April 6, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Collierville High School. All (9) schools, from elementary to middle and high, are actively seeking industry expert educators to join the Collierville Schools family.
