November 26 - November 30

This week we will continue with music to our General Fitness: warm-up, stretching and strength exercises.
 
We will be introducing the game of Bowling, and the basic skills of grip, stance, 4 Step-approach and swing/release/follow-through. 
 
1st Period, we will also introduce, a game that has been around, but becoming very popular - Pickleball. We will demonstrate basic skills: grip, serve, forward and backward swing.
