February 19 - February 22, 2019

This week, we will continue our Speed, Agility and Strength approach to our general fitness program, just adding a little distance, to the activity. Plus, we will continue, due to cooler temperatures, this time of the year, our aerobic training, running laps in gym, to music on the Fit Run app, and/or, running a modified Pacer Run. (We continue to direct students to improve their heart-health, by achieving 20 minutes in their individual Target Heart Rate Training Zone. Students monitor their achievements wearing their POLAR Heart Rate monitors.)
 
Additionally, we will begin and Formatively, assess students Volleyball skills: Underhand Serve.
