Welcome! Back from Fall Break. 
 
This week, students will begin participating in general fitness through participation in our warm-ups, stretching and strength exercises - exercising to music. In addition, cardiovascular fitness will begin to gradually increase over the next few weeks.
 
In addition, students will participate in Pickle Ball; learning the basic skills of the Underhand Serve.
 
PLUS, students will continue receiving instruction, POLAR HRM, in benefits of incorporating heart rate monitors, in the daily challenge of trying to become and maintain students fitness.
