Monday: Lyrics of Rebellion analysis to ID Human Rights Campaign, theme, figurative language, genre of literature, write a thesis statement

Tuesday: Guided essay using prompt from Monday's assignment

Wednesday: Lyrics of Rebellion - student choice of school appropriate lyrics. Students will demonstrate their analysis of how and if the lyrics address a human rights campaign effectively using the CLIPS app or iMovie app

Thursday: Essay test - using project from Wednesday - students will write an essay to analyze if and how the author's use of theme, figurative language, genre of literature (literature format) impact the song's human rights message.  

Friday: Case 21 analysis of scores, understanding requirements to move to 8th Honors and prepare for Case 21 standard Drill Downs
