What in the world is WEST FEST???

West Fest is our annual fundraising campaign. We will be awarding prizes for individual, team, and grade level fundraising goals. Plus, ALL students who raise $250+ will qualify for our Superstar Surprise!!! On September 24, our campaign begins wrapping up with an awesome carnival-style event that EVERY STUDENT at WCMS has the opportunity to attend! We'll have inflatables, a dunk tank, games, prizes, and concessions outside for students during the school day! Yay! Fresh air, sunshine, friends, and FUN!!!

Meet the Organization: West Collierville Middle School PTA

What do we do with the money we raise? Good question! 

In addition to hosting our all day West Fest event where ALL students get to enjoy inflatables, games, treats, and more, our West Fest campaign helps us support WCMS students, families, teachers, administration, and others in a variety of ways, including:

• coordinating monthly teacher treats
• supporting the Family Resource Center
• purchasing treats for students during recess days and TCAP
• purchasing West's first ever mascot costume
• facilitating campus beautification efforts
• purchasing GaGa Ball and other fun games for students
• purchasing anti-bullying and Screenagers programming
• purchasing supplies for the nurses' office
• awarding winners of the Reflections Art Contest 

We also plan events to celebrate our teachers, administration, school resource officer, nurses, bus drivers and crossing guards. Everyone at WCMS benefits from this fundraising campaign, and we sincerely appreciate every dollar entrusted to us!
